Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards with schemes ranging from $2,000,000 – $25,000,000
- Oversee a team of Project Managers and Superintendents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost efficiency
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
