Job Description:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish reporting directly into the Project Manager
- Working on new build schemes from $5,000,000 – $50,000,000
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective construction strategies
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to address any project-related issues
