The role:
You’ll be responsible for the coordination, management, and quality assurance of all mechanical and electrical elements across a range of live projects. Acting as the key liaison between design consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams, your goal will be to ensure seamless integration of MEP services from pre-construction through to handover.
About you:
- Significant experience in a Building Services / M&E Manager role, ideally with a main contractor
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and design coordination
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project deadlines are met
- A genuine passion for building quality and collaboration
