Manage all MEP aspects of large-scale projects

Coordinate design, procurement & installation of building services

Ensure compliance with programme, cost & quality targets

Work closely with clients & consultants to ensure successful delivery

Lead subcontractor and site teams to meet project milestones

Proven track record as an MEP Project Manager on complex builds

Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems

Experience in mission-critical or data centre environments desirable

Excellent leadership & client-facing skills
