Walker and Sloan are once again working with a brilliant marketing agency in Bath, as they are seeking a Paid Media Executive to join them on a full time basis. The role is hybrid and requires 3 days in their Head Offices in Bath.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Work with Media Managers to develop paid media strategies to meet client objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels including search, Performance Max, meta, YouTube and display; ensuring they are optimised for performance and budget efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and meet the developing best practices of advertising platforms.
Budget Management & Optimisation
Manage budgets for multiple campaigns and clients, ensuring optimal allocation of media investment across platforms and campaigns. Continuously monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to bid strategies, budgets, and ad placements aligned with marketing goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Use analytics tools and dashboards to track campaign performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Market & Trends Research
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive campaigns. Research target audiences, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform campaign strategies.
About you:
A keen interest in marketing. Have experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta. Strong planning and analytical skills with an awareness of Google Analytics. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
