With a competitive salary range of £55,000 – £65,000 plus a comprehensive package, this permanent position offers excellent benefits and growth potential.
Job Description:
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects
- Monitor and manage project costs to ensure they stay within budget
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and pricing
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on project finances
- Assist in the procurement process, including reviewing and evaluating bids
