An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing building consultancy in London, delivering client-side project management services across a diverse range of sectors. This role suits someone who enjoys structured consultancy delivery, stakeholder management and taking ownership of projects from early-stage planning through to completion.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering client-side project management services from feasibility to handover.

• Managing programmes, risk registers and project reporting.

• Coordinating consultants, contractors and statutory stakeholders.

• Supporting procurement strategies and contract administration.

• Chairing meetings and producing clear client-facing documentation.

• Monitoring cost, quality and programme performance.

• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with governance and H&S standards.

About You

• Experience working in a building or construction consultancy environment.

• Strong understanding of project management processes and best practice.

• Confident, professional communicator with client-facing experience.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.

• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes.

• Motivated to progress within a consultancy setting.
