Quantity Surveyor – Cleanroom Projects (NEC Contract Experience Essential)

📍 Avonmouth | 💰 Up to £55,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor working on cleanroom and high-tech facility projects.

The role is based from Avonmouth, covering projects across the South West. You’ll need solid NEC contract experience as you’ll be responsible for managing projects through detailed, technical NEC frameworks.

Role overview:
✅ Managing all commercial aspects of cleanroom construction projects
✅ Handling applications for payment, valuations, CVRs and subcontractor payments
✅ Close liaison with project managers and design teams
✅ Advising on contractual risks and opportunities under NEC conditions

Ideal profile:

• 3–5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience

• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)

• Background in industrial, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or tech sector a bonus

• Able to work independently and as part of a commercial team
