Job Description:

• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements.
• Oversee subcontractor contracts and payments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Data Centres and Industrial projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation and budget management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
