Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining customer relationships while promoting a wide range of high-quality products.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries

  • Making proactive outbound calls to promote products and services

  • Processing and managing sales orders with accuracy

  • Up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining a detailed and accurate customer database

  • Collaborating with purchasing to manage stock and quotations

  • Identifying new business opportunities through relationship building


About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Experienced in sales or customer service (industry background not essential – full training provided)

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
