Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining customer relationships while promoting a wide range of high-quality products.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries

Making proactive outbound calls to promote products and services

Processing and managing sales orders with accuracy

Up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction

Maintaining a detailed and accurate customer database

Collaborating with purchasing to manage stock and quotations

Identifying new business opportunities through relationship building
