Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake all-round building surveying work primarily within the commercial sector.
- Manage project management, contract administration, project monitoring, technical due diligence, and general building surveying tasks.

Performance Criteria:
- MRICS with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
- Degree in Building Surveying.
- Proficient in report writing.
- Expertise in general building surveying, including contract administration, technical due diligence, and dilapidations.
- Experience in a proactive commercial environment.
- Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context.
- Ability to meet fee targets and generate new business through successful client relationships.
- Commercial awareness and understanding.
- Utilize technology efficiently for report delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest technical building knowledge.
