Job Description

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or risks
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a planning role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
