Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well known Performance Marketing Agency in London as they are keen to bring on board a Senior CRM Executive to the team on a full time basis. 
 
The Role:

As a Senior CRM Executive within our Customer Experience team you’ll have a focus on CRM and help influence the way customers engage with brands. You’ll support the design, planning, execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys that increase engagement, retention and long-term customer value.

You’ll be a committed learner, bringing high levels of curiosity and attention to detail to help you grow your understanding of CRM platforms, data, automation and developments in the industry and thinking about the opportunities they might bring. With support from those around you, you’ll be putting new ideas into practice, improving performance of our work for clients and growing your skills as you do

It’s absolutely essential that you bring:

  • A passion for CRM and lifecycle marketing, and enjoy exploring how data, tech and creativity combine to shape customer behaviour
  • 3-5 years in CRM focused roles either in-house or within an agency
  • Platform experience, with skills to audit and optimise within platforms including Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Dotdigital
  • Campaign design & management, owning end-to-end design, management, production, delivery and analysis of all BAU Campaigns (email & SMS). This means everything from the initial brief to content, targeting, data selection, campaign deployment and reporting

You’ll be responsible and accountable for:

  • Hands on delivery; drawing on the data and bringing original thinking, innovative ideas, best practice and results to clients
  • Managing client content plans, ensuring they are up to date and content aligns with the client’s strategy
  • Evaluating and improving the performance of CRM campaigns for your clients, proactively making recommendations and adjusting our approach to deliver the high-performance for our clients
  • Identifying opportunities through analysis of data, for example opportunities to target new customer segments
  • Reporting on your work and supporting Client Directors or Client Managers to demonstrate the impact of our work
  • Delivering high-quality work that meets agreed budgets
  • Identifying opportunities with new CRM channels, testing and developing our approach aligned to the department strategy
