Job Description:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying function for cladding projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and financial management.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters and resolve any disputes that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
