Senior Quantity Surveyor – PLC Housebuilder

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £67,000 + Package

We’re recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading PLC housebuilder with a strong reputation for design-led, high-spec residential developments across the South West.

You’ll take commercial lead on large multi-phase schemes with support from an Assistant QS.

Role overview:
✅ Full cost management of residential sites (100–300 units)
✅ Tendering, procurement and subcontract management
✅ Budget forecasting and monthly reporting
✅ Final accounts, client liaison and cash flow management

You will need:

• Minimum 5 years’ residential experience (contractor or housebuilder)

• Ability to manage a busy project workload independently

• Strong contractual knowledge (JCT D&B ideally)

• Highly organised with strong reporting skills
