Technical Coordinator – SME Housebuilder

📍 Evesham | 💰 Up to £55,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan have been instructed to recruit a Technical Coordinator for a respected SME housebuilder based in Evesham.

You’ll be responsible for managing the design and technical process across small-to-medium-sized residential developments, working closely with land, planning, commercial and construction teams.

Key tasks:
✅ Managing consultants and coordinating technical drawings
✅ Overseeing technical approvals (S278, S104, building regs)
✅ Resolving onsite technical queries during construction phase
✅ Managing tender drawings and value engineering exercises

Ideal experience:

• Previous experience in a housebuilding technical department

• Background either with a housebuilder, developer or consultancy

• Knowledge of residential planning processes and regulations

• Able to manage multiple consultants and tight programmes
