Becoming an established enterprise across borders

Walker & Sloan grows roots and grows wings

With our practice quickly taking shape, we became busier and brought on board more specialist staff to support our efforts.

Through tricky markets and an uncertain economy, we steadily grew our reputation for exceptional delivery further afield around the UK. This incremental process allowed us to begin to scale our operation, but with the care and caution that allowed us to keep a tight grip on our delivery practice.

This approach allowed us to expand our recruitment practice across borders and international waters, opening our first US Office in Houston, and beginning to take our responsible recruitment journey worldwide.
