Our client is a growing FMCG brand that offer for exceptional quality snacks and bespoke solutions to hospitality locations in London. They are now seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the launch of their premium products.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will take charge of designing and executing an ambitious sales strategy to introduce this premium brand to London’s luxury hospitality venues. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong partnerships with decision-makers in high-end establishments and creating customized product solutions that align with their needs.

You’ll analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and guide product development through client feedback, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of premium snacking innovation. With your strategic insights and negotiation skills, you’ll secure and grow high-value accounts while presenting performance analytics and market insights to the leadership team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll bring a proven track record in sales within the food and beverage sectors. You’ll have established relationships in London’s high-end hospitality market and experience in consistently exceeding sales targets. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will be essential, along with a strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.

What’s on Offer
