Architectural Technician / Technologist – Plymouth – Up to £40,000
Walker & Sloan are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a busy practice in Plymouth.
This is a fantastic role for a technically minded candidate who enjoys working across a range of projects and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Producing and developing technical drawings and detailed construction documentation
-
Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
-
Supporting architects and designers in delivering projects to high technical standards

Liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients
-
Conducting site visits and measurement surveys where required
Requirements:
-
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (or similar)
-
2+ years’ professional experience in an architectural practice
-
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD software
-
Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
-
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Salary & Benefits:
