We’re working with a friendly and well-established architectural practice based in Torquay, who are looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist to support their growing workload with national housebuilders and regional developers.
This practice has a strong pipeline of work across the South West and works closely with several leading PLC residential developers. You’ll be joining a small, supportive team where your input will be valued, and you’ll have the chance to work on a variety of projects at different stages of the planning and design process.
The role:

Preparing detailed working drawings and technical packages for housing developments

Producing layouts, elevations, and construction details in AutoCAD and Revit

Coordinating with planning consultants, engineers, and housebuilders

Ensuring compliance with building regulations, NHBC, and client design standards
