Assistant Buyer – Leading House Builder Bristol | Up to £31,000 + Package
Walker & Sloan are actively recruiting for a newly created “Assistant Buyer position” with one of the UK’s leading house builders. Based in their modern Bristol offices, this role offers genuine career progression – they’ve promoted two buyers to more senior positions in the last two years alone.
Working within their procurement team, you’ll manage supplier relationships and support major residential developments across the South West. The package includes performance bonuses, private healthcare, and hybrid working options.
You’ll need strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. While construction experience is beneficial, they’re primarily seeking someone with the right attitude and potential. I’ve successfully placed candidates from retail, logistics, and general procurement backgrounds.
