🏗️ Assistant Site Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Package
Start Date: February (on site from first handover onwards)
The Opportunity
A great opportunity to join a respected, design-led SME house builder delivering high-quality residential developments across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. Starting in February, you’ll join a live site from first handover onwards, supporting the delivery of premium new build homes through to completion.
Working closely with an experienced Site Manager, you’ll learn all aspects of quality control, safety management and customer handover standards, gaining hands-on exposure to the final phases of project delivery. This role provides clear, structured progression into eventually running your own site.
Role Overview
You will support:

Daily supervision and coordination of trades on a live site.

Assisting with snagging, defect management and customer experience.

Maintaining build quality standards from handover onwards.

Health & safety inductions, RAMS compliance and site checks.

Material coordination, housekeeping and progress recording.

Liaison with NHBC, building control, suppliers and customers.

Supporting smooth completions and final handovers.
About You

Experience working on new build housing (SME or national house builder).

Strong awareness of safety, quality standards and customer expectations.

Good communicator with site teams, trades and suppliers.

Proactive, willing to take responsibility and keen to learn.

CSCS required; SSSTS/First Aid beneficial (training support available).

Full UK driving licence.
