The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate-level professional to join a growing building consultancy with a strong presence across the South West. This role offers a clear pathway into senior leadership, with genuine influence over project delivery, client relationships and team development.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting both public and private sector clients while helping shape the future growth of the regional office.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.

Managing projects from inception through to final account.

Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial reports.

Providing procurement advice and contract administration.

Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.

Supporting, mentoring and developing junior QS team members.

Contributing to repeat business and long-term client relationships.
About You
-
Strong consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.

MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.

Confident managing projects independently and leading clients.

Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.

Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.

Ambitious and motivated to progress into Associate leadership.
