Walker & Sloan are seeking a dynamic “Building Services Manager” to join one of the UK’s premier Tier 1 contractors in Exeter.
The Role:
Lead complex MEP installations across high-profile projects, overseeing everything from initial design coordination to final commissioning. You’ll be the driving force behind delivering cutting-edge building services solutions that set new industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services across major construction projects
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service integration
- Lead quality assurance programs and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Drive innovation in sustainable building services solutions
- Manage and mentor a skilled technical team
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in building services management within Tier 1 construction
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and current building regulations
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- HNC/HND in Building Services or related field
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management capabilities
