Role Overview

As the Commercial Administrator, you’ll be the go-to support for the Commercial team—keeping systems updated, processes flowing, and communication clear.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the Commercial inbox and handling day-to-day correspondence

  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate documentation

  • Reviewing and processing applications for payment

  • Carrying out data entry and supporting general administrative duties


About You

You’re someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy being the person people turn to when things need organising, tracking, or streamlining.

You will bring:

  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word & general system confidence)

  • Experience using Eque2 is a bonus—but not essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
