Role Overview
As the Commercial Administrator, you’ll be the go-to support for the Commercial team—keeping systems updated, processes flowing, and communication clear.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing the Commercial inbox and handling day-to-day correspondence

Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate documentation

Reviewing and processing applications for payment

Carrying out data entry and supporting general administrative duties
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy being the person people turn to when things need organising, tracking, or streamlining.
You will bring:

Strong IT skills (Excel, Word & general system confidence)

Experience using Eque2 is a bonus—but not essential

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
