This is a strategic role where you will be instrumental in driving commercial success and managing the financial performance of the company’s groundworks projects across the Midlands.
In this role, you will oversee the commercial team, manage high-value contracts, and provide strategic guidance on all commercial matters. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve profitability, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Your expertise will help shape the company’s future growth.
You should have extensive experience as a Commercial Manager or in a senior commercial role within the groundworks or civil engineering sectors. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent negotiation skills are essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of £70,000 – £92,000 plus a comprehensive package, including a car allowance, pension, and holiday.
