✅ Admin & Planning Discipline – Keep paperwork, schedules, and project coordination in check
✅ Proactive & Reactive Thinker – Able to anticipate challenges while swiftly resolving unexpected issues
✅ Stable Career History – Currently in a role, with a CV that shows commitment and progression
