Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects across the UK (predominantly hotels & leisure).
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project resources effectively.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Leading client communication and maintaining strong relationships.
- Driving health & safety compliance across all projects.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within refurbishment or fit-out (hotels/leisure preferred).
- Strong track record of delivering multi-million-pound projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to travel regularly to sites across the UK.
