The Opportunity

Lead the creative direction of education projects—schools, colleges, and universities—from concept to completion. As Design Lead, you’ll set the vision, engage stakeholders, and ensure sustainable, user-focused outcomes across multiple schemes.

Role Overview

As Design Lead (Education), you will:

• Shape concept design and run stakeholder engagement sessions.

• Manage and mentor architects/technicians to deliver coordinated outputs.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.

• Champion sustainability, inclusivity, and user experience throughout.

• Present proposals at client/community meetings.

• Monitor quality, programme, and budgets across live projects.

About You

• ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent).

• Proven track record leading education-sector design.

• Inspiring team leader with excellent presentation skills.

• Commercially aware, strong client-handling and coordination ability.
