Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well-known marketing agency in the UK, as they are looking to hire a Digital Performance Manager on a full time basis.
Working with the Digital Performance Director and digital performance team, you will define and deliver digital campaigns across all paid search and paid social platforms including planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok campaigns (plus others), to support our clients. This role would be perfect for someone with paid search experience looking for the next step in their career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and delivering media campaigns across all paid search and paid social platforms.
- Reporting and analysing client campaigns.
- Monitoring and adjusting client budgets.
- Liaising with our creative team to develop compelling creative assets designed to resonate with a target audience.
- Building and managing profitable accounts, demonstrating effective financial management.
- Writing client reports that provide detailed campaign analysis.
- Accurately forecasting your work, revenue, and delivery of campaign reconciliations.
What we’re looking for:
- A thorough understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics (both Universal and GA4).
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape.
- The ability to work in a professional environment.
- Willingness to share your knowledge with other members of the team.
- The ability to present confidently in a way that impresses new clients.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar pad search and/or paid social role
- Strong communication and writing skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and the ability to work within a team.
