Digital Project Manager (Contract)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who can join at short notice to support delivery of a large, high-profile digital project, kicking off imminently. You’ll work closely with Bridget, helping to manage delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure the project stays on track.

This is a delivery-focused role with minimal client-facing responsibility — ideal for someone who thrives on behind-the-scenes organisation, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of a complex digital project

• Manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple parallel workstreams

• Coordinate internal teams (design, development, product, etc.)

• Track progress, risks, and blockers, ensuring smooth delivery

• Maintain project plans, documentation, and reporting

• Ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager

• Strong background delivering large web builds and/or digital products (e.g. apps, platforms)

• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-heavy environments

Nice to Have

• Agency-side experience

• Experience working on complex, enterprise-level digital projects

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
