The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding projects from inception to completion. As the torchbearer of our project lifecycle. Our project manager will lead multiple projects, ensuring their success while liaising with our diverse internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining transparent communication with clients regarding project progress.
- Coordinating and managing timelines with all project stakeholders.
- Crafting technical specifications when necessary.
- Resource management: directing team member workloads and establishing work priorities.
- Risk mitigation: identifying potential pitfalls, escalating concerns, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborating with sales teams for project estimates.
