As an eCommerce Manager you will join a passionate team to develop and execute impactful eCommerce strategies that drive performance and growth for clients. You will work across a diverse portfolio delivering strategy and growth roadmaps that align with client goals. Collaborating with account managers, project managers, and delivery teams, you will ensure strategy and growth is at the heart of every client relationship.
What you’ll need to apply
- Proven experience managing eCommerce websites (ideally on Magento) and implementing digital marketing solutions that drive performance.
- Experience in developing and managing comprehensive digital strategy roadmaps, leveraging audit-based insights to create actionable growth plans.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of managing multiple client roadmaps with attention to both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
- Ability to collaborate closely with internal client service, delivery and the growth teams to ensure seamless delivery of strategies aligned with client goals.
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
- Experience in strategical and consultative solution selling, delivering measurable results.
