In this role, you will assess client requirements, review project plans for scope, materials, and labor, and collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure accurate cost estimations. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, measuring quantities, preparing the Bill of Quantities, and managing subcontractor enquiries.
You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Conquest software, along with a UK driving license.
