Sales Account Manager – Trade Supplies – Bradford

The Opportunity

Are you a natural salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business within the trade supplies sector.
You’ll play a key role in developing relationships with both existing and new customers — combining your people skills and product knowledge to help drive continued growth.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, offering the perfect blend of branch-based and field-based work to keep your week varied and engaging.


Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of trade and commercial customer accounts.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into lasting partnerships.

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer deadlines.

  • Provide customers with up-to-date product and service information.

  • Conduct proactive calls and client visits to strengthen regional growth.

  • Represent the company professionally while promoting its full range of products.


About You

You’ll be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the trade, civils, or drainage industry.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail.

  • Confidence in managing customer relationships and delivering results.

  • Good IT literacy and familiarity with CRM or ordering systems.

  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
