The Opportunity
Are you a natural salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business within the trade supplies sector.
You’ll play a key role in developing relationships with both existing and new customers — combining your people skills and product knowledge to help drive continued growth.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, offering the perfect blend of branch-based and field-based work to keep your week varied and engaging.
Role Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

Manage and grow a portfolio of trade and commercial customer accounts.

Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.

Identify new business opportunities and convert them into lasting partnerships.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer deadlines.

Provide customers with up-to-date product and service information.

Conduct proactive calls and client visits to strengthen regional growth.

Represent the company professionally while promoting its full range of products.
About You
You’ll be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Ideally, you will bring:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the trade, civils, or drainage industry.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail.

Confidence in managing customer relationships and delivering results.

Good IT literacy and familiarity with CRM or ordering systems.

A full UK driving licence (essential).
