Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Person, you will:

Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with trade and commercial clients.

Provide accurate, timely product and service information.

Process customer enquiries and orders efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines.

Make proactive outbound calls to existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities.

Support the external sales team with lead generation and account development.

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch by hitting sales and service targets.

Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B environment.

A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A confident, professional telephone manner.

Attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotes or processing orders.

Self-motivation and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency with standard computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
Desirable:

Knowledge of civils, drainage, or construction products (advantageous but not essential).

A willingness to learn, supported by full and ongoing training.
