We’re partnering with a successful independent estate agency in Kent that continues to grow its lettings division and is now looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Valuer.

The Role
- Conducting rental valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new landlord instructions
- Building long-term client relationships

- Working closely with the lettings team to maximise revenue

- Previous lettings valuation experience
- Strong business development skills
