Our work spans integrated campaigns, brand development, digital experiences, and high-quality print communications that make a real impact within highly regulated industries.

We’re now looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join our creative team and help deliver outstanding work across a diverse client portfolio.


The Role

As a Midweight Designer, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality creative across both print and digital, supporting integrated campaigns for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Account Teams, and Medical Writers to ensure work is not only visually compelling but also accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative across print and digital (campaigns, websites, social, presentations, brochures, ads, and visual assets).

  • Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, engaging ideas to campaigns.

  • Collaborate with account teams, copywriters, and medical writers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and creative excellence.

  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production to a high standard.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Contribute ideas to concepts and campaign development.


About You

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Designer within an agency environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.

  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries is highly desirable (but not essential).

  • Excellent typography, layout, and attention to detail.

  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects or XD/Figma a plus).

  • Organised, reliable, and able to work accurately within strict regulatory frameworks.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
