Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to mortgage advisors
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with lenders, clients and third parties
- Supporting the end-to-end mortgage application process
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations
- Prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Motivated with a desire to build a career in financial services
- Previous mortgage or financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to study towards relevant qualifications
