Walker & Sloan are partnering with one of London’s most exciting and prestigious construction firms to secure an exceptional “Project Director” for a landmark commercial development near Chiswick, West London. This significant scheme will become one of the capital’s most talked about projects.
The Position: As Project Director, you’ll take ownership of this flagship commercial project from its current groundwork / enabling stage through to completion. You’ll be operating at Main Contractor level, managing a substantial project team and budget while interfacing directly with high-profile stakeholders and blue-chip end users.
The position also includes an outstanding executive package comprising a basic salary up to £150,000, performance-related bonus, company car allowance, private medical insurance, enhanced pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
The Ideal Candidate: We’re seeking an accomplished Project Director with extensive experience delivering large-scale commercial developments in or around London exceeding £100m. You should be chartered (MCIOB/MICE preferred) with proven expertise in stakeholder management, commercial strategy, and leading large project teams.
