We’re supporting a long-established South Wales contractor with a strong track record in affordable and private residential development to find a capable Project Manager to join their growing delivery team. With a healthy pipeline of schemes ranging from £2m–£9m, they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover.
This is a broad role that blends site delivery with pre-construction involvement, including coordinating with design teams, reviewing planning conditions, overseeing progress and programme, and maintaining quality and compliance. You’ll work closely with senior management, quantity surveyors, site managers, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Who we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects

Solid understanding of JCT Design & Build contracts

Background with main contractors or developers in the housing sector

Able to coordinate across technical, commercial, and site teams

Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing stakeholders
