Responsibilities
- Managing tenant maintenance issues
- Liaising with landlords and contractors
- Coordinating repairs and compliance
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes
- Handling invoices and property records
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting the wider property team
