Quantity Surveyor – PLC Housebuilder

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £55,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan are representing a major PLC housebuilder who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor into their Bristol region team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the residential sector and wants to work on a consistent pipeline of high-quality developments (typically 80–300 units).

Responsibilities:
✅ Managing costs across multi-phase housing projects
✅ Procurement of subcontract packages and materials
✅ Submitting valuations and managing CVRs
✅ Cost reporting to Commercial Manager and Finance Teams

Ideal candidate:

• Residential / housebuilding experience essential

• 3–5+ years post-qualification experience preferred

• Knowledge of COINS software beneficial but not essential

• Able to manage multiple phases and packages independently
