✅ Quantity Surveying Experience – Proven track record in cost control and procurement
✅ JCT & NEC Contract Knowledge – Experience managing contracts and variations
✅ Commercial Acumen – Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers
✅ Attention to Detail – Ability to oversee accurate financial reporting and forecasting
✅ Proactive & Driven Personality – Ability to work independently and within a team
