We’re working with a specialist social housing contractor in South Wales who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The business delivers planned maintenance and refurbishment frameworks for local authorities and housing associations across the region.

Your key responsibilities:

Managing cost and value on multiple refurb and maintenance schemes

Procurement and payment of subcontractors

CVRs, cost forecasting and reporting to the Commercial Manager

Liaising with clients and housing partners on variations and approvals
