The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a key role in the success of some truly exciting and outstanding builds. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts

• Overseeing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and payments

• Monitoring financial progress and producing regular reports

• Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts

• Supporting project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and success

The Person

We are looking for an individual who brings:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
