🎯 The role

  • Manage commercial elements of housing projects from start to finish

  • Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations & forecasts

  • Oversee subcontract procurement & payments

  • Identify commercial risks & opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

  • Support project teams in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient housing schemes

👷 You

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in social housing or residential construction

  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills

  • Confident communicator able to liaise with clients, consultants & supply chain

  • Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
