The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing partnerships housing business delivering residential developments across the South West. This role offers long-term stability, repeat framework work and the chance to be part of a collaborative delivery model focused on quality, value and certainty.
You’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of live housing schemes, working closely with construction, technical and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

Managing commercial delivery across partnership housing projects.

Preparing and maintaining budgets, forecasts and cost plans.

Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain relationships.

Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.

Completing monthly CVRs and commercial reporting.

Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out.

Working closely with site, technical and client-side teams.
About You

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.

Residential or partnership housing experience preferred.

Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and reporting.

Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Organised, commercially aware and detail focused.

Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
