The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing specialist contractor delivering highly technical projects across industrial, manufacturing and controlled environment sectors.
Projects include cleanrooms, cold stores, firewalls, data centres and specialist partitioning systems across the UK. You’ll be joining a growing commercial team within a business experiencing significant expansion.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Managing commercial aspects of specialist construction projects.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and cost reporting.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and packages.
- Producing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Supporting commercial strategy and project profitability.
- Liaising with operational and delivery teams.
- Visiting sites where required.
About You
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or specialist contracting.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
- Industrial, fit out or manufacturing sector experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business.
