The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Residential Technician to develop working drawings and technical packages for housing and apartment projects. You will work with PLC and private clients to deliver high-quality residential environments from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed construction drawings and Revit models

Ensure compliance with building regs, NHBC and client standards

Coordinate with consultants and suppliers

Support project delivery from planning through to completion

Assist in resolving technical queries during construction
Skills & Experience
-
3–5 years+ relevant experience in residential sector

Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD
-
Strong understanding of UK housing standards

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and proactive approach
